Shipping and Returns

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please contact us at 1-888-510-7950, or email us at customerservice@homedecointeriors.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information to return or exchange your merchandise. Photos will be requested for damaged items and please retain all packing materials. Customers will have up to 5 days to provide this information. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on return items and only the cost of the product is refunded. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We offer a 10 year warranty on all products.

Shipping

We use standard Fedex, standard UPS, UPS Freight and private carrier for shipping, depending on the size and weight of the item. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

In-stock

merchandise typically ships 5-10 business of placing your order (weekend orders are processed during the business week). We ship all merchandise standard delivery (5-7 business days) and do not provide express shipping. Delivery of products via Fedex, UPS and UPS Freight does not include unpacking or placement within your home and will be unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first floor doorway, garage or covered area. Delivery of some larger furniture items will be scheduled for delivery via private carrier and you will be notified after placing your order. Private carrier will call prior to delivery and will bring the merchandise into your home but they will not unpack the item.
